3 3/8" size 9-LED flashlight with strap On/Off button is on the end of the flash light by the strap. Access the batteries by unscrewing the end where the on/off button is. The compnent inside comes out to insert the batteries. Batteries not included. Requires three AAA batteries. Packaged in a white box.
